Meet the Therapist Behind Grace Out Loud
Hi, I’m Ana.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and the human behind Grace Out Loud. In my private practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating the beautifully complicated experience of being human—relationships, anxiety, grief, identity, burnout, healing, growth, and everything in between.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: people are not problems to be fixed, but stories to be understood. I see therapy as a place where you can exhale, make sense of what you’re carrying, and gently examine the patterns or narratives that may no longer serve you.
I have a deep love for helping people:
better understand their emotional worlds
strengthen connection and communication
rebuild trust with others—and with themselves
move beyond simply surviving and begin living more fully
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a Jesus lover, wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. I value honesty, humor, meaningful connection, and the small moments that remind us what matters most.
Whether you’re looking for support, connecting as a fellow therapist, or simply exploring, I’m glad you’re here.
While you’re here, I invite you to subscribe to With Grace In Mind, where I share honest reflections on therapy, relationships, emotional wellness, and the beautifully messy work of being human.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
My style is warm, collaborative, honest, and gently challenging. You can expect a space where you feel supported without being judged, but also encouraged to look beneath the surface, recognize patterns, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others. We may laugh, sit with difficult emotions, challenge old narratives, and make room for both grief and hope.
Who I Work Best With
I work especially well with people who are thoughtful, responsible, and accustomed to carrying a lot—but are beginning to realize that holding everything together has come at a cost. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, major life transitions, or the desire to understand themselves more deeply.
My Approach
Therapy with me is relational, reflective, and practical. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify the patterns shaping your present, and develop tools that support meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring our work to your needs, values, relationships, culture, and—when desired—your faith.
