Consulting services

Thoughtful support for the work you’re building

Consulting offers a focused, collaborative space to explore a specific question, challenge, project, or opportunity.

Grace Out Loud provides consulting to clinicians, organizations, community groups, and other professionals seeking thoughtful guidance at the intersection of mental health, relationships, systems, and human behavior. Together, we can clarify what is happening, identify meaningful next steps, and develop practical strategies that align with your goals, values, and context.

Our process is simple and thoughtful.

With a background in clinical social work and planning, I bring both a people-centered and systems-oriented perspective to consulting. That means we can look closely at the individuals involved while also considering the policies, environments, relationships, organizational structures, and larger systems influencing what is happening.

Consultation is collaborative and tailored to the needs of the person or organization. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we begin by understanding the challenge, identifying what may be getting in the way, and developing practical strategies that make sense within your actual context.

Areas of Consultation Include:

  • Clinical case consultation and case conceptualization

  • Mental health program development and implementation

  • Workplace mental health and employee well-being

  • Trauma-informed and emotionally responsive practices

  • Communication, boundaries, and relationship dynamics

  • Group development and facilitation

  • Training and psychoeducation

  • Professional workshops and presentations

  • Clinical documentation and practice processes

  • Program review and improvement

  • Staff support and professional development

  • Community-based mental health initiatives

  • Customized consultation for organizations and helping professionals

For Clinicians

Independent practice does not mean you have to figure everything out independently.

Consultation can provide space to think through complex cases, clinical questions, professional boundaries, practice decisions, or areas in which you would benefit from another clinician's perspective. Unlike clinical supervision, consultation does not involve an evaluative or licensure relationship. It is focused on the specific support, perspective, or expertise you are seeking.

For Organizations & Communities

Organizations are made up of people, and the way people communicate, respond to stress, navigate conflict, experience change, and relate to one another affects how organizations function.

Grace Out Loud works with organizations and community groups to develop thoughtful, practical approaches to mental health, emotional well-being, relationships, and healthy organizational culture.

Engagements may include consultation, facilitated conversations, workshops, trainings, program development, or other customized projects based on your organization's needs.

Let's Talk About What You Need

Not every challenge fits neatly into a predetermined service—and that is okay.

If you have a project, question, training need, program idea, or organizational challenge that falls somewhere within my areas of expertise, reach out. We can talk about what you are trying to accomplish, determine whether Grace Out Loud is the right fit, and develop an approach that makes sense for the work.

Good work begins with good questions. Sometimes you just need the right space to ask them.
