Ways we can work together
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, exhale, and make sense of what you’re carrying. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship concerns, identity questions, or a major life transition, our work will center your story, values, and goals. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your present, strengthen your understanding of yourself, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out—only a willingness to begin.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a supportive space to move beyond recurring conflict and better understand what is happening beneath it. Together, we’ll identify patterns that create distance, strengthen communication, rebuild emotional safety and trust, and help each partner feel more heard and understood. Whether you’re navigating disconnection, a significant transition, a breach of trust, or simply wanting a stronger relationship, therapy can help you approach one another with greater honesty, empathy, and intention.

Family Therapy
Families can love one another deeply and still struggle with communication, boundaries, expectations, and unresolved hurt. Family therapy creates space for adult family members to better understand one another’s experiences, recognize patterns affecting their relationships, and practice healthier ways of connecting. Our work may focus on improving communication, navigating changing roles, repairing strained relationships, or establishing boundaries that support both connection and individual well-being.
As a North Carolina Clinical Supervisor, I provide collaborative, reflective supervision for associate-level social workers working toward independent licensure. Our work may include case conceptualization, clinical skills, ethical decision-making, documentation, boundaries, professional identity, and navigating the emotional demands of helping others. My goal is to offer a space where you can ask honest questions, strengthen your confidence, and develop a practice that feels both clinically sound and authentically yours.
Group Therapy
Group experiences remind us that growth does not have to happen in isolation. Grace Out Loud offers thoughtfully facilitated groups centered on shared experiences such as vulnerability, boundaries, grief, identity, emotional wellness, and wholehearted living. Through guided discussion, reflection, and practical exercises, participants can learn from one another, feel less alone, and develop tools they can carry into their everyday lives. Group topics, lengths, and availability vary throughout the year.
Sometimes you do not need ongoing supervision or therapy. You need another perspective, a thoughtful conversation, or someone who can help you make sense of a complicated problem and determine what comes next. Grace Out Loud provides consultation to clinicians, organizations, community groups, and other professionals seeking support at the intersection of mental health, relationships, systems, and human behavior.
